Our client is committed to ensuring every commercial kitchen is equipped and ready to serve its customers efficiently. As a Service Technician, you will play a key role in diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and conducting scheduled maintenance on a variety of cooking, refrigeration, and dishwashing equipment. Your expertise will support customers by optimizing their operations, reducing equipment downtime, and improving overall business performance.Responsibilities:
• Deliver full\-service repair and maintenance for commercial cooking, ware\-washing, refrigeration, and specialty food service equipment.
• Apply strong mechanical skills, troubleshooting abilities, and proficiency in interpreting diagrams and schematics to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
• Coordinate with manufacturers when needed to assist with equipment diagnostics and parts identification.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including work orders, time logs, receipts, and inventory of truck stock.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of technical experience in refrigeration, appliance repair, commercial kitchen equipment, or HVAC systems.
• Ability to participate in an on\-call rotation for emergency service, including nights and weekends.
• Relevant technical training, certifications, and licenses (e.g., EPA, CFESA).
• Experience in repairing commercial refrigeration and cooking equipment.
