Treasury Management Support Associate I

Job Description

Treasury Management Support Associates provide a wide range of professional, technical, product, and general support via email, telephone and in\-person interactions to our corporate, small business and personal online banking clients and bank personnel team. Knowledge of Online Banking and Treasury Services including an understanding of how ACH, Wires, Positive Pay and Remote Deposit Capture work is required. The TM Support Associate will update and execute support documentation and provide periodic reviews of client usage to evaluate limits and continued product justification. Candidate must be a self\-starter and able to work quickly and efficiently. ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Knowledge and understanding of bank payment systems, treasury management solutions and competitive practices.
Provide basic support to Treasury and Online Banking customers for requests coming via phone or email for items such as first time access, password reset, customer check ins for bank issued hardware and RDC installation.
Maintain approval and authorization form database for all access granted to online sub\-users and client profiles.
Conduct periodic reviews of system sub\-user and client profiles and forms to ensure compliance with Regulations and internal controls.
Create, update and terminate access for Online Banking and Treasury Services for corporate sub\-users, personal users and clients.
General technical service support for ancillary software and hardware that interfaces with our core system, including but not limited to RDC Scanners, Quickbooks functionality and Mobile Deposit applications.
Maintain and update daily tracking forms as necessary.
Basic clerical skills including filing, retrieval of documents, proof and editing routine office correspondence, report and form building and input across all Microsoft Office products.
Ensures compliance with all state and federal regulations and internal company policies, including but not limited to BSA / Anti\-Money Laundering, Fair Lending, Privacy, and Anti\-Discrimination, to the extent each applies to current job responsibilities. This includes successfully completing all online compliance training as assigned within specified due dates.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS Minimum Qualifications
2 year Customer Service Experience, Banking preferred.
Strong computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Windows environment.
Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions, interpret documents, understand procedures, write correspondence, and speak clearly to customers and colleagues.
Good organizational skills with a strong orientation toward accuracy.
Ability to work with general supervision and manage time effectively while performing duties.
Preferred Skills/Experience • Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions, interpret documents, understand procedures, write correspondence, and speak clearly to customers and colleagues. • Strong mathematical and problem\-solving skills. • Exercise alertness, good judgment, initiative, courtesy, tact and patience in dealing with customers, both internal and external, as well as vendors/suppliers used by the Bank. • Ability to analyze customer credit data and other related financial information.
