Job Description:

Our esteemed team is seeking a highly organized and innovative individual to be Bell Captain. The Bell Captain will play a pivotal role in maintaining the efficiency of our operations and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate must possess a friendly and approachable personality, coupled with outstanding communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Share personal passion and in\-depth knowledge of our services and amenities with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing vehicle maintenance and repairs to ensure a well\-maintained fleet.
Ensure vehicle inspections are done daily thoroughly and accurately. Take in for consistent car washes, cleanout trash, vacuum, etc.
Take the lead in training and coaching new team members to uphold high service standards.
Generate and analyze transportation reports 72 hours before guest arrivals.
Coordinate with relevant teams to update transportation schedules.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize transportation efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of transportation activities and reports.
Assume responsibility for covering additional shifts when required, showcasing flexibility and commitment.
Respond promptly to guest needs and requests, ensuring all concerns are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Label all guest luggage or mail in an organized manner.
Move, load, and unload guest luggage and maintain a professional manner.
Provide limited concierge services for guests; answer questions about town; provide recommendations for restaurants, etc.
Keep your communication device on and respond to all calls promptly.
Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
Run errands as requested.
Assist with any other job duties/tasks as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Excellent guest service and problem\-resolution skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Proven experience in transportation coordination or a related field.
Familiarity with guest rental vehicle processes is a plus
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
The ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects that weigh 60 pounds or less without aid is required.
Assistance will be necessary for objects weighing over 60 pounds.
