Key Responsibilities • Client Acquisition: Engage with 50-100 potential clients daily to identify opportunities and finalize loan agreements. • Lender Matching: Utilize your established network of lenders to offer clients optimal loan options, competitive rates, and favorable terms. • Negotiation: Support clients in securing advantageous loan terms and rates from lenders. • Guidance: Provide expert advice throughout the loan application process, ensuring clients understand their choices fully. • Documentation Collection: Collect necessary documentation from clients, including income verification and collateral information. • Marketing & Outreach: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to build client trust, attract new clients, and generate valuable leads. Required Skills • Demonstrated sales experience is critical, with a strong preference for candidates possessing loan broker expertise. • Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal, exhibiting a professional demeanor. • A proactive attitude toward achieving sales targets, demonstrated by a commitment to high-volume outbound calls. • Familiarity with commercial loan procedures and a solid network of lenders is advantageous. • Capacity to work autonomously with dependable computer and internet access. • Availability during the hours of Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM Eastern Time. Qualifications • A minimum of 1 year of loan origination experience (preferred). • At least 1 year of sales experience (preferred).
