Optimum First Mortgage in Huntington Beach is looking for a qualified individual that can prepare LEs and disclosures and send out packages via Docusign for signature. Please only apply if you have experience and can start very soon. About Us \- We are a direct mortgage lender and broker who has been in business over 10 years. We current have 40 loan originators and 18 supporting staff members. We relaxed dress code and a very easy going management approach. Pay \- Full time position 9\-6 work schedule in office. $20/hr.
