Join Our Prestigious Real Estate Team as a Listing Agent

We are on the lookout for an experienced and driven Listing Agent to join our distinguished real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing listings and a comprehensive understanding of the local real estate market. In this role, your main duties will involve identifying and obtaining new listings, providing expert advice to sellers, and negotiating transactions to maximize value. You will be supported by a dedicated administrative team and state\-of\-the\-art systems, allowing you to concentrate on building client relationships and delivering exceptional results. Candidates should have successfully closed at least 6 listings in the past 2 years. ###

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new listings through effective prospecting and networking.
• Perform accurate Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) to guide sellers on pricing strategies.
• Maintain regular communication with sellers, ensuring they are informed throughout the process.
• Negotiate contracts and offers to achieve the best possible terms for clients.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless experience for sellers, utilizing our systems and administrative support.
• Stay up\-to\-date with local market trends and adjust strategies as necessary.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successfully listing and selling properties.
• In\-depth knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Expertise in conducting and presenting CMAs.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
• Active real estate license required.
