I am currently assisting a client in hiring experienced Emergency Room Physicians for their well-equipped, low-volume freestanding emergency center. Performing necessary medical procedures and prescribing medications. Communicating diagnoses and treatment plans clearly with patients. Maintaining accurate and detailed patient medical records. Coordinating referrals to other healthcare professionals or facilities. Ideal Candidate Qualifications: Residency completed in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine with at least 2 years of ER experience. Active Texas State Licensure. Current certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS, and ATLS. Strong clinical knowledge of treatments and drug interactions. Exceptional attention to detail, leadership skills, and patient rapport.
