• Hourly Wage: $19\.25 \- $21\.00, plus annual bonus opportunity.
• Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
• Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
• Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2025, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.
• Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2025, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2025 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Accurately determines claim benefits based on medical information and contract language, while reviewing and verifying provider data for compliance with policies and guidelines.
• Effectively communicates with external and internal customers to gather claim information, resolve discrepancies, and provide clear explanations regarding claim determinations.
• Ensures provider information adheres to corporate guidelines, maintains file integrity, and meets production, quality, and service standards while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Delivers outstanding service through multiple channels, resolves customer inquiries efficiently, and utilizes service recovery techniques to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
• Actively participates in self\-development, process improvements, and team collaboration to enhance service delivery, while meeting performance standards and contributing to company goals.

PREFERRED:
• Current Med Supp Claims processing skills/experience
• Med Supp Quality Assurance
• Insurance product knowledge.
• Experience with the application of policies, practices and procedures in a business environment.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
