Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated New Home Sales Planner to join our team as we grow. This is a consultative sales position for rural, build\-on\-your lot homes. The New Home Sales Planner is responsible for meeting with prospective buyers, guiding prospective buyers through the planning and buying process, providing detailed information about our construction process, inspecting prospective building sites, developing custom pricing, assisting in customer financing and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable home buying experience.Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule meetings with prospective homebuyers at our model homes located in Iowa and eastern Nebraska.
• Provide detailed information on floor plans, features, and pricing.
• Conduct tours of model homes, showcasing features and potential customizations.
• Communicate the buying process, construction options, building regulations and financing options.
• Meet prospective homebuyers at their build site to make recommendations and establish pricing.
• Prepare and finalize sales contracts in a timely and accurate manner.
• Follow up with leads and maintain a database of prospective buyers.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies to drive sales.
• Collaborate with the construction managers to assure customer satisfaction.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.
• Track and report sales progress and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
• Experience in new home sales, real estate sales, and/or construction.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong ability to build rapport and provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Self\-motivated, goal\-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time\-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• No real estate license is required
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings
Job Type: Full\-time
Pay: $125,000\.00 \- $175,000\.00 per year
