Compensation:

$76,500 \- $174,500 yearly

Responsibilities:

Utilize CRM software to gather and maintain up\-to\-date customer information for the real estate team
Consistently follow up on leads until appointments are scheduled with buyer's or listing agents
Handle sales inquiries from qualified leads and successfully convert them into new clients
Maintain regular communication with past clients through phone calls and emails to generate repeat business
Keep track of quarterly and monthly sales performance metrics to ensure sales goals are achieved
Implement continuous lead follow\-up strategies
Adhere to the team's strategic plan for real estate sales
Focus on generating new leads for the business
Schedule appointments effectively
Close appointments successfully
Facilitate successful real estate transactions
Work towards becoming a lead buyer or listing agent
Master the use of databases and CRM systems

Qualifications:

Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be willing to travel by car in De Pere, WI, US
Should either possess a real estate license or be driven to obtain one
