Job Description: Work efficiently to complete customer orders accurately within the inbound, outbound, and dispatch areas of the Fulfillment Center while embracing the company's core values. Responsibilities: • The process of receiving and transferring goods from suppliers to totes must be adequately documented to enable accurate tracking and real-time updates on inventory levels • The outbound section is responsible for selecting, packaging, and dispatching customer orders, which requires working in different temperature zones, including ambient, freeze, and chill • Dispatching assistance is essential for the fulfillment center to enable the efficient loading and movement of customer orders • Numerous strategies, such as automation and delegation, can be employed to maximize productivity and meet performance targets • Switch between different operational roles in the inbound, outbound, and dispatch areas to ensure smooth execution • Manage and remedy minor production mishaps or seek aid from Leadership if required • Adhere to stringent quality and accuracy standards to guarantee a seamless and pleasing customer experience while maintaining the correct order specifications • Follow all operational protocols in your work area to promote efficiency • Comply with safety and food safety procedures, and report any issues with equipment or safety hazards to management • Establish clear expectations and hold team members accountable to them.
