Inside Service Technician

We currently have an opening for an inside Service Technician. The primary job duty is to provide technical support to field technicians and end users by phone and e\-mail. This involves troubleshooting, identifying part numbers, and finding solutions to the issue at hand. This is NOT a call center job, however, it is 80% office work and 20% shop work. The candidate will be trained on how to operate, troubleshoot, and repair equipment prior to answering the phones and emails. We are looking for a self motivated candidate with mechanical knowledge who can work in a laid back team environment. Knowledge of electronics, pneumatic, hydraulic, and computers is a plus.
