Job Description

REQUIREMENTS • At least 3 years of expertise in the FMCG Industry • Experience in beverages (is a must) Roles and Responsibilities • Responsible for building and managing the entire sales and distribution infrastructure for all the channels in the assigned region. • Responsible for recruiting and managing the entire sales team to support the infrastructure. • Responsible for delivering Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Yearly Sales and Distribution objectives for the region. • Responsible for delivering the processes as per company policy. • Responsible for Primary Sales, Secondary Sales, and Collections. • Appointment of Super Stockiest and Sub Distributors as per agreed business plan. • Appointment of ASM/Supervisors as per the business plan and timelines. • Assigning the Daily/Weekly/Monthly Targets for Distribution, Productivity, Sales Volume, Visibility as per Business Plan. • Daily Review and Tracking with the team on agreed Targets. • Visiting every Super Stockiest at least once a month and every Sub Distributor at least once in 3 months. • Market Working/Store Check with every supervisor at least once a month (Min 20 Market Working days). • Delivering the collection, primary sales, secondary sales targets as per agreed plan for the region. • Managing the Sub Distributor/Super Stockiest claims and ensuring NOC from Sub Distributor and Super Stockiest every month. • Ensuring the Modern Trade/Ecom Terms of Trade as per business plan. • Ensuring No Stock out at Sub Distributor/Super Stockiest/Modern Trade. • Training and coaching to ASM’s and Supervisors. • Controlling the Price at every layer as per company policy. • Ensuring Weekly Meetings/Monthly with ASM’s to understand the progress and support required to achieve the ASM targets. • Reporting on the Sales Metrics to Commercial Director on Daily/Weekly/Monthly Basis.
