Veterans Lending Group (VLG) is a mortgage lending company with a mission to affect change in our country on how Veterans are served. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a CRM Specialist at Veterans Lending Group in Boise, ID (Please note this is not a Remote option). The CRM Specialist will be responsible to oversee and help set up distribution of incoming leads from various marketing and digital advertising efforts. This role is crucial in ensuring that leads are efficiently reported, followed up, and converted by the sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM systems and lead generation processes, along with excellent communication and analytical skills. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). - Proven experience in lead management, sales support, or a similar role, preferably in the mortgage or financial services industry. - Strong proficiency in CRM software and lead tracking systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. -Ability to analyze and interpret data for customer insights •
Key Responsibilities:**
1.

Lead Distribution:

- Monitor and maintain incoming leads from marketing and digital advertising channels. - Check the CRM for duplicate contact records and ensure data integrity. - Effectively distribute leads to various loan teams based on established criteria and team performance. 2.

Lead Reconciliation:

- Regularly reconcile all leads, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting. - Analyze lead conversion metrics and prepare reports for management. 3.

Collaboration with Sales Teams:

- Work closely with loan officers and sales teams to provide insights on lead quality and conversion rates. - Assist sales teams in understanding lead distribution processes and best practices. 4.

Performance Monitoring:

- Track and report on lead conversion efficiency and effectiveness. - Identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to enhance lead management processes. 5.

Continuous Improvement:

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in lead management and CRM usage. - Contribute ideas for optimizing lead generation and distribution strategies.
