We are looking for self\-motivated, ambitious Sales Agents to join us! We want to help YOU build your business! Compensation:

$100,000\+ at plan earnings

Responsibilities:

• Follow\-up with leads to increase sales
• Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
• Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
• Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
• Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume

Qualifications:

• Great communication and social skills
• Top\-notch time management skills and highly organized
• A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
• Self\-motivation and drive
• Tech savvy
• A valid North Carolina Real Estate License is required for this job
