We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual with an active real estate license to join our team as a part-time Commercial Real Estate Transaction Coordinator. Job Summary: The Part-Time Commercial Real Estate Transaction Coordinator will oversee and manage all aspects of real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless coordination. This is a part-time role with the potential to grow into a full-time position based on performance and business needs. Key Responsibilities: • Transaction Coordination: Take charge of all phases of real estate transactions, ensuring smooth processes from contract to closing/leasing. • Documentation: Prepare, review, and maintain all necessary transaction documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with real estate regulations. • Leadership and Initiative: Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes, suggest improvements, and take the lead on transaction-related tasks. • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, agents, lenders, and other parties involved, providing updates and confidently resolving any transaction-related issues. • Scheduling and Coordination: Arrange inspections, appraisals, and other required services while adhering to deadlines and transaction timelines. • Support: Provide administrative and operational support to the team as needed to drive successful closings. Qualifications: • Active Real Estate License: Required in the state of Texas. • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in real estate transactions, with commercial real estate experience preferred. • Skills: Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills with attention to detail. • Confidence and Leadership: We’re looking for someone who takes control, is assertive, and thrives on coming up with innovative ideas and solutions. • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CoStar, Build-out and Zip Forms software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite is preferred. • Availability: Flexibility to work part-time hours, with the potential to adjust as workload requires. • Personality: Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Compensation: • Hourly Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on experience. • Commission Opportunities: Earn commissions for successful transaction milestones.
