:Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail\-oriented Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will focus on Mergers \& Acquisitions (M\&A), \& strategic projects. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.Key Responsibilities:

Mergers \& Acquisitions (M\&A):
• Conduct financial analysis and due diligence for potential M\&A opportunities.
• Assist in the preparation of financial models, valuation analyses, and deal structuring.
• Support the M\&A team in negotiations, documentation, and integration processes.
• Monitor and report on the performance of acquired entities.
•
Strategic Projects:
• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and projects.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate the impact of strategic projects.
• Track and report on the progress and outcomes of strategic initiatives.
About you
:Required:
• Requires Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience.
• Strong PC and Microsoft application skills.
Excel expertise required (pivots, V\-lookups, macros).
•
Preferred:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and financial statement analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast\-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
