Does anyone have any recommendations for a tool to convert an HEIC image (iPhone) to a more common format like jpg or png? If customers upload directly from their phones and we need to pass the image to another provider (eg photos of a car crash) we need to convert first to allow them to be uploaded.

But if you are on a Mac, you can right-click the image and go to Quick Actions, where it will give you the option to change the format of the image i.e Convert Image Option.
