Why I learn in public
Lessons are the map — stories are where I connect the dots.
May 23, 2026
I used to treat every tutorial like a trophy: finish it, screenshot the certificate, move on. The curriculum here is different — structured tracks — but what actually stuck were the nights I wrote about what confused me.
What changed
When I explain a concept in my own words, I find the holes. A lesson on closures might click in the playground; the story I write afterward is where I prove I understood it.
Official lessons teach the syllabus. My stories are the lab notes.
My simple rules
- One lesson attempt per day on the track
- Bookmark anything I need to revisit
- Publish a short story when something finally makes sense
If you are reading this on the community feed: hi. I am student@example.com in the demo — but the habit is real.
