Ensure Compliance to HSE Statutory Compliances (Pollution Control Board, Fire Department, Ground Water Authority, PESO etc.) without any deviation and liasoning with these statutoy bodies.

• Performs professional activities and assignments within the area of responsibility in accordance with established processes, standards and business requirements.

Finance and Accounting (leading team for following Key activities)

• Loading, unloading, shipping, and receiving materials in the warehouse. Transporting materials to different locations within the warehouse.

Record and maintain accurate financial transactions, including accounts payable and/or receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.

• Assist in the design and development of engineering projects, including drafting plans, creating models, and conducting simulations.

Lead the design and development of engineering projects, including planning, modeling, and testing phases.

• Sales Strategy Implementation: Implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth targets.

* Mean Time To Repair (MTTR): Achieve or beat shift targets for resolving machine breakdowns.

• Financial Closure & Reporting: Own the monthly book closure and OneStream reporting, ensuring timely, accurate and complete financial reporting.

• Prepares month end reconciliations of balance sheet accounts
